Registration Questions

Pre-conference events are on Tuesday, September 11. Programming for the full conference starts on the evening of Tuesday, September 11 and ends on the evening of Thursday, September 13.

No, attendance at the educational sessions are only for Conference Pass holders. We do not offer the educational sessions on an ‘a la carte’ basis.

Registration for the pre-conference events is now open. Please note that there are still tours and workshops still being added. All pre-conference events are on Tuesday, September 11. These limited, optional add-on’s are not included as part of your Conference Pass ticket rate, and they must be added onto your registration at an additional fee.

If you have already purchased a ticket and want to add on a pre-conference event, please grab your reference number found in the link of your confirmation email and “Modify Your Registration” here.

Can’t attend the Expo as a Conference Pass holder, but still want to join us for a pre-conference summit/workshop/tour? You can! Choose the pass type “Non-Conference Attendee” (additional $5 fee applies), and then choose your pre-conference event.

No, seat availability in each session room is first-come, first-served.

Please note that ILFI member account passwords will not work when registering for Living Product Expo 2018. Please contact events@living-future.org for the correct password.

The Tuesday afterparty boat excursion is not included in the Full Conference Pass. Limited tickets are available for pre-purchase when registering for a Full Conference Pass or Opening Night Keynote Pass.

The Wednesday afterparty at the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Garden and Thursday afterparty at the David L Lawrence Convention Center rooftop is included in the Full Conference Pass.

We cannot guarantee at this time (June 2018) which sessions, workshops, or summits will have pre-approved credits.

Pending pre-approval, we will report CEU attendance to AIA within thirty (30) days of the close of the conference (you must provide your AIA membership numbers during registration).

All other credits earned (GBCI, IDCEC, and/or LFA) must be self-reported by the attendee. You will receive an attendance/CEU summary via email within 14 days after the event.

Volunteer applications will open in early June for our limited number of volunteer spots.

Need to modify or cancel your registration? Email us at events@living-future.org. You are eligible for a full refund up until two weeks prior to the event less a $35 Service Fee. All refunds close after 11:59pm on Monday, August 27, 2018.

ILFI strives to ensure that our events always source our menu from local, sustainable sources. You will be asked your dietary preferences and needs during the registration process.

Meals included in the Full Conference Pass:

  • light snacks during the reception on Tuesday, September 11
  • breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, September 12 and Thursday, September 13
  • dinner on Wednesday, September 12
